Water 7/Ennis Lobby and Alabasta are still god tier arcs. The best thing to come out of post time skip I've seen might be Punk Hazard but that has so much fluff and bullshit, escorting the experimented kids was so retarded. I know Luffy from the start has had the attitude of "hey I'm a pirate, not a superhero" yet rises to any occasion where any child, woman, or warrior is crying about something unjust since Laboon (he wouldnt care about Morgan or Arlong if not for Nami and Zoro, he would have beaten up Kuro and Don Krieg anyway because he didn't like their attitude), but my god does he just act like a superhero more and more than ever.
