Hard one to answer since it's so subjective.

He was definitely raised with traditional music and still has an appreciation for it. His flashier leather jacket outfits convince me he's a westaboo for classic and heavy rock.

For some reason, I doubt he can actually play anything more than a tambourine and is just a big fan of listening. I'm sure he wanted a guitar as a teen like every other teen boy, but I'm not so sure he ever learned to play, being so busy training and battle sperging.

My headcanons based on absolutely nothing is that he likes opera and knows how to play the piano, he just loathes doing it. He was probably forced to perform for the whole family one too many times as a kid. He won't play for (You), but, if you're able to play any instrument, he will listen and judge your skills. I had less than zero opinion on him in XY other than feeling bad for crushing his dreams but he's kind of interesting in Masters. He comes off as self-depreciating and bitter because canon protagonist Serena mindbroke him (and I always love a good bitter character), but he's also weirdly charming. He looks a bit unhinged when he smiles. Definitely red flags for a RL person, but crushing on 2D is harmless. I actually spent the most time in the Lodge with him so far when not farming tickets from the others...

It's funny how Raihan is the designated flirty confident character for like every ship, including when people want someone to flirt with one half of their ship so the other person can get jealous. When I came back to playing BW I thought I had remembered there being a submas Memory Link scene and was disappointed when I found out there wasn't one, I probably got it mixed up with the Striaton trio or something. It kind of is a shame they didn't get any more story tidbits in BW2 even after becoming super popular, I keep checking the TV celebrity channel hoping they'll show up in one of the interviews (which they probably don't because it most likely would have been listed under their dialog section)

I'm not terribly knowledgeable about genres, so it's difficult to imagine what exactly he might be into. What I *can* say, however: He'd absolutely not care - if not downright hate - the kind of music I listen to lol

Definitely think he enjoys classical music and instrumentals. Forced into piano as a kid but didn't reach any notable skill level. He does like to sing in private though and will hum along to tunes.

Hence getting Brodie and his Ditto to make more Tabithas and Matts, Courtneys, and Shellys. Hatch the Tabithas, then transfer them to the adaptation of your choice. The Tabitha that went to ORAS had too many Poké Blocks and Poké Puffs when he arrived, explaining the change in his appearance or maybe Ditto transformed into Makuhita when that egg appeared. Likewise, ORAS Matt had nonstop Super Training.

Special is fucking weird, man. Weird, but stupid-fun (from an outsider's perspective). I read some of the Hoenn arcs ~12 years ago, can't remember shit though. From what I gathered reading some anon's explanations, the ORAS admins appearing as different people under the same name was a rather tame choice compared to whatever the fuck was going on with Archie and Maxie in these series. Love how Maxie was a drunkard in this iteration though kek

nta but for me that anime arc was pure kino as a kid. I actually shipped him with Shelly and rse itself was always kinda mysterious since Diamond was my introduction to Pokemon. Tabitha for me is a nostalgia husbando and I can't stress enough of how disappointed I was when I first saw the oras redesigns of Team Magma and Aqua. Love seeing the old art of him and I as a dog person I always liked Poochyenas and Mightyenas. And he did get pretty nice art back before oras released!

Not that I'd argue that, but he stood out to me as "cooler than the average grunt" kek
Also, funnily enough: One thing that stuck with me about him for a while was learning through fanart that he and, as I found out years later after, the other admins too originally had this weird ass one piece laugh in the games, which the localization didn't bother adapting. So I sometimes tried to imagine anime-Tabitha doing game-Tabitha's "UHYOHYO" in some context that didn't make it feel like ramming 2 incompatible puzzle pieces together again and again. It just felt so weird, knowing that's technically supposed to be the same person.
So, oddly enough, despite everything, he still succeeded in both regards with me. But I REALLY liked both teams to begin with, doubt I'd have bothered if that wasn't the case.

I dreamed that I got lost in a weird ass building (some sort of university?) and there was a bar for some reason. One of the guys working there had a hairstyle very obviously inspired by Arven, although the guy had slightly redder hair. It didn't even look half bad to my surprise. Riley and Ryuki are characters I passively enjoy too! Riley more so out of the two but Ryuki's design is fun to admire (have to admit, I mostly forgot what his personality is like...been a while). I absolutely get Palmer as well.

That artist had amazing taste and drew banger after banger before cleaning out their account and starting to focus on original artwork (IIRC. Unfortunately it was furry stuff (looked nice art-wise, just not my cup of tea at all) so I stopped paying attention to them, hope I'm not mixing people up though). Always a shame when they feel the need to completely bomb their fanart accounts before moving on, the art was genuinely fantastic

Me too, genuinely. He's not the type of character I tend to take a greater interest in but I think he looks good with his eyes open. My biggest gripe with him design-wise is his uniform (I think something like picrel would've looked better, with the "arm warmer" parts left intact and the gloves being gray instead of red. But I'm not exactly a huge fan of most ORAS team uniforms in the first place so not sure if these changes alone would change my mind on his).

Similar here with the redesign hopes and the thing with previously revealed redesigns - it felt so out of nowhere! I appreciate that, at the very least, the games acknowledged the RSE universe as its own thing that exists alongside ORAS

I think Dachsbun is not too bad, minus the way its back stretches and is definitely way too bread-like.
But it's still my favorite Gen9 doggo.
I even had it in my team but its model constantly clipped into the ground during battles and it annoyed me so much I boxed it.

I do wish Arven had this good boi, Mabosstiff's animations creep me out and its cry is too deep.
