Why is it so perfect? I don’t like how the art looks hunched over all the time, but the shell animation is worth it. Steel/Dragon is wonderful counter Ice or Fairy. All of its Abilities are good defensively. I need to know who designed this!

A simple but massive improvement on Goodra and the slime being liquid metal is neat. Why the fuck did they make shelter have such a pitiful effect in the standard games though.

I already liked regular Goodra, so this is just more of a good thing to me. It's not that drastic of a change, so it's hard for me to really say I prefer one over the other. I like them both.

PLA uses evasion for moves like protect and reflect as well, as it has less effects than the mainline games. So they could've made it into something like protect that also raises your defense.

It's a shame that Shelter is just a worse Iron Defense. It should boost Special Defense by one stage as well imo.
