Idc about how you feel about gen5, just on the duality duo
I personally think they’re some of the coolest designs we got

I think they look like shit, just like gen 4's. They have no theme, they don't look like anything, and they're dragon type for the sake of being dragon type.
Sure, Zekrom kinda represents the future with its more highly technological look, electric type, and reactor for a tail (which looks retarded). But he also looks more like a digimon.
Reshiram just has these dumb wings with fingers and it looks like it's holding its arms up trying to impress someone. Well not me because it looks dumb.
What a step down from gen 2 and 3's box legendaries. A step up from gen 4's but not by much.

They're ok. They're not as bad as gen 4's or gen 6's legendaries, but they're nowhere near the level of 2 or 3.

Gen 4 box legendaries are the worst of any gen. Gen 4 also has the worst trio (elfshit) by far. The whole gen is a disaster.
