>>54926711I posted a few days ago about how my copy of UM (several years old, but new in wrapper) was shitting the bed, and consensus was that my NN3DS XL was shitting the bed, so I tried every other game I own and literally none of them had any problems. So then I dug out my 2011 3DS, and UM runs just fine on this bitch. So I've eliminated every variable. I'm going to assume it's down to the "update" download that the 2019 console downloaded when I first loaded UM, and I'm gonna nuke that. But I may just end up having to use the older hardware to play UM. Which is fine I guess, but I'll have to replace the battery, because it swelled on me when I charged it up. Which is fine, they're literally $6, but the shit I'm going through to play this game is pretty funny to me considering that I mostly play Pokemon from the start of deer hunting until the end of ice fishing as a mitten friendly way to keep myself from fidgeting while sitting out in the cold.
