A set amount of PP for all Pokemon should be restored upon winning a battle. This includes Pokemon that did not participate in the battle. PP earned from wild Pokemon is less than that received from trainers.

How do I get into harder romhacks?
I'm playing Inclement Emerald and got stuck in the second gym. I disabled over leveling the current gym and IVs.
The most strategy I would use in Pokemon was type weaknesses, but this isn't enough rn. I don't know how to create a good team and there is a buttload of pokémons and an ungodly amount of moves to choose from (7 generations).

I've decided to change the medicine woman to a male shaman for a fictional tribe. As for the Normal-type Gym Leader, since I've already had a singer in the roster, I'll change him to someone else. What can I base the new Normal-type Gym Leader on? They'll be the 1st Gym Leader to fight in the main story and upon defeat, gives you the TM for Return.

what's the point of posting a TM list
not like sharing it is gonna make people want to play your game and it's even not the type of thing that would have any sort of need for feedback
most you'd get is a really subjective "add this move that I like", which is ultimately pointless to listen to just because TMs (especially single-use ones at that) only matter in regards to when and where you distribute them.

if you are david (since I know he has a habit of oversharing for feedback) I'm going to give you a vital piece of advice: every time you consider posting something for feedback, ask yourself "would the average player care about it being the way that it is?"
if the answer is no, just leave it as it is and move on. if you're going to ask for feedback on every single individual pokedex entry and line of dialogue, you aren't going to get anything done.
asking for feedback is great, but there reaches a point where you need to stop trying to please everyone and just go with your gut.

Man, i discovered the whole signature move thing in ROWE too late. I did wonder why my hitmonchan match punch was a bit too strong and yeah, turns out he gets a 60 bp match punch. You could even see that in the move menu and it was highlighted with a different color.
There's some potentially busted stuff with cloyster spike cannon and choice scarf electro ball electrode, so keep this stuff in mind when you plan your team composition. If you decide to play the hack, of course

Not him but if you did this you could reduce the amount of PP moves had to a fifth of their original values. Could result in more dynamic battles where you rely less on spamming the same moves and using the same pokemon. Weaker moves would have more PP while the strongest might only be usable once per battle.
