Even with compound eyes it’s pretty frail. What would it really offer that a spore user doesn’t? Its stats are so low that having confusion barely matters, at least in ou/ubers.

By the the end the whole team would be asleep and chipped by the hazards. By the point you could quiver a few more times and finish it all with bug buzz or whatever

You're spending 2 of those turns doing nothing, and you have 1 move to deal with the whole team. So what's the point of Whirlwind ?
