also you missed
the safari zone being removed temporarily in gen2
bedroom decorations being removed in gen3 (though secret bases are a sort of proxy)
bike models being removed in gen 4
photo spots being removed temporarily in gen5
medals being removed in gen6 (partially, they were sort of implemented over game sync, but it doesnt work anymore, and was removed entirely in gen7)
chain fishing being removed in gen 7
the concept of every pokemon being in the game for gen8 (how did you miss this)
being able to actually enter buildings in gen9
and thats just one for each gen, anon your image had a decent amount of potential to be interesting but it just sucks, research better and try again.

Oh it definitely is especially where gen 4, 6 and 7 are concerned. I mean, off the top of my head the BF should be in 4 since the gen 4 one was a completely different (and worse) thing, there was only one bike, they dropped roulette in the GC which was already being phased out in some regions by this point anyway
Gen 6 didn't have the majority of things from gen 5 like join avenue, co-op missions, side quests, medals etc.
Gen 7, the battle test, the amie minigames and not to mention powers originated in gen 5 not 6.

Honestly this just seems like OP wanted to shitpost.

And the thing is, it shouldn't be. I mean why are gym leader rematches counted for gen 5 when you can fight them again in the PWT? Sure they have three pokemon at a time but in gen 6 they only have two and the game corner was being removed from platinum onwards.

The game corner was available in all gen 4 games in all regions.
The slots got disabled in the European version of Platinum and non-japanese versions of HGSS though.

It should be listed under gen 5 (game corner) or gen 4 (slots).

De facto you're correct though, neither LGPE nor LA should count as proper main series titles.

BDSP theoretically should, but since it doesnt use the gen 8 engine, and is just a shitty unity port, its exclusion is kind of warranted.

Anyways, the claim that Ribbons were removed in Gen 5 is false. They are still in there. They have minimal focus put onto them, yes (There's Ribbons for actual compfaggery, mind), vut they are still there.
Similarly, there are Trainer rematches in BW2. They're considerably scaled down, and frankly, shit, but that's not what this list is about.
