Can't complete Scarlet

I bought Scarlet with all the expansions last week but just can't bring myself to complete it as it is TOO DAMN BORING.
I'm more compelled to play Smash or any other game on my Switch.
Haven't even passed the first gym. Literally too open world as I always wander off too much. Please help!

Not true. I've played and completed HG and BW2 just within the last year. Scarlet isn't doing it for me.

I just started too. I think the exploring is pretty well done; exploring areas fully gives you some good items like mints and TMs, and it's totally optional for those who want to rush though. The map literally tells you where to go, so you can either follow the road and ignore everything else, or explore fully, fly back to a center, then follow the road.

I explored the area before the school for a bit and caught a Flamigo near one of the lakes. It's completely shitting on everything. Also found a Psybeam TM, which is absurdly strong for that point in the game.

Zoomer issue no attention spam when not railroaded. 1st gym is 3rd hour in normal playthrough, level 10. Litteral just take your ritalin meds and stops shitposting on veepee.

OP is simply retarded. I just started my second playthrough and it's almost funny how much the game is like "You can do whatever you want but MAYBE you should do THIS, WINK WINK". If you keep getting distracted cause you pick up all shiny things that give you useless crap then you have ADHD
