those are remake cash in that are supposed to be somewhat faithful to the original games so cutting cross gen evos make sense in a lazy buisness sense, sv is a new game starting a new generation in a new region. the only reason to cut the evolution method from the game is because they are regional evolutions much like A-Marowak and mr. rime
