How? Cynthia uses gen 3-4 pokemon in DPPT and BDSP and gen 3-5 pokemon in BW1-2. She doesnt have a gimmick either (in these games)

she is the opposite of this.
Her old Pt/BW2 teams still hold up very well now, and her BDSP team destroys everything just because its hyper-optimized instead of using new powercreep pokemon
