And since said nuzlockers were able to make videos with views upon views and/or streams with donations upon donations, RR ended up becoming one of the most recognizable hacks and ended up spawning heaps more hacks similar to it that would go on to get similar levels of attention.
And since the Pokemon franchise is constantly updating itself on a yearly basis, that means Radical Red can continue updating itself to remain relevant, no matter how much more bloated and unsustainable for Kanto gets.
