This is their niche currently, Nidoking is a versatile and very potent, anti-meta special attacker, with Nidoqueen taking on a tank/support variant of that role. While your ideas would still be an objective buff, it doesnt lean into their niches quite as well.

Biggest issue I see is how splashable Fighting and Ground moves are.. maybe its a bit overkill, but this setup with Earth Eater sounds sick as fuck.
Still, a pokemon like Aggron SHOULD be a main stay in competitive.
