I think the most autistic Pokemon related thing I have ever seen was someone who hacked in the azure flute to multiple copies of gen 4 games so he could shiny hunt Arceus on multiple DSs at once. Although I can't be too hard on him as I was pretty into RNG abusing to get shinies which is also pretty autistic
