and all of this while looking like a generic NPC it will be difficult to create a 10th gen protagonist who will be as strong as Florian

Every single trainer in pokemon series history (including all spin-offs and anime etc.) and their achievements are insignificant compared to the PLA protag

Thats because Arceus the Creator-God >> everything else that exists
So passing Arceus' test and capturing its avatar is a greater feat than anything else. And the second best feat is beating Creation Trio, which PLA protag also did.

The PLA protagonist didn't have to surpass Arceus or anything like that. And Giratina isn't even specially strong in battle compared to other legendaries, it just has power over the enviroment
