>>54996628Lumineon is remembered specifically because it is unremarkable. It always gets brought up in discussions about "forgettable" Pokémon, alongside things like Maractus and Stantler. Chingling, on the other hand, is a Pokémon I have never seen brought up in these discussions. It's a baby evolution for a weak Pokémon that really could have used an evolution itself, and it shows up in a few early Sinnoh routes and barely anywhere else.
I've been browsing this board for a long, long time, looking at images of Pokémon every day, yet I'm fairly confident I haven't thought about this thing in literal years. It only crossed my mind because I heard someone mention Chimecho, and I had a brain wave that reminded me that Chingling even existed. So at least to me, Chingling is the most forgettable Pokémon. I'll probably forget about it again in a week.
