The starters tie Galar for the ugliest in the series. Watchog is grotesque. Pidove is the worst bird in the series. And the game desperately tries to force you to use those retarded ugly fucking monkeys. The 3 or so Unova pokemon that actually look cool you don't get until the 8th gym and they all evolve at retardedly high levels.
