There is no new content and the postgame is reduced to a couple of boring challenges like catching a certain pokemon every day or beating a trainer in 1 vs 1 with the same pokemon a hundred times.
Unrealistic expectations
New regional forms, new characters involved in the plot, cameos from different regions, the return of old but limited mechanics such as an exhibition fight between Megas, Gigantamax, Z Moves, and Teraforms (More like fanservice than really being used for the metagame ), a lot of postgame content as secondary tasks, but with a background and good rewards, a lot of downloadable content, even if they are aesthetic.
Beyond the dreams
Let it be a retelling as happened with PLGPE, having old elements from BW and BW2, but being a totally new story.
