You know what the funny thing is? Much as the anon in
>>55021435 and
>>55021546 was trolling, he's actually right. It absolutely IS retarded to expect all Pokemon to conform to human gender stereotypes (lookin' at you, Sylveon). Animals already practice a wide variety of very different sexual selection practices from humans in real life to begin with, then you have to add on top of that how most Pokemon species have little or no gender dimorphism, and then you have to add egg groups on top of THAT. Realistically, Pokemon-on-Pokemon sexuality would seem quite alien to a human, and female Samurotts and male Primarinas would be the least of it.
>>55028462Did you tell Machamp and Gardevoir that? How about female Alakazams with THEIR fine whiskers? This isn't remotely a new phenomenon and it has nothing to do with retarded western political agendas that Japanese people don't remotely care about. This is just how Pokemon is - they can be masculine or feminine looking, or neither, and most of these are not gender-locked because, y'know, that's kind of how animals work. This isn't complicated.
>>55026046I wouldn't doubt it. Unlike westerners, the Japanese don't have culture war PTSD that leads to them jumping at every shadow. GF said Samurotts are viewed as den mothers and the Japanese fan artists didn't start crying about "troons", they just said "right cha'are" and started drawing it. Far better way to live.
>>55020719>>55020801>>55020880>>55022160>>55024210>>55027216All of these posts are extremely based. But to those who DO have that knee-jerk culture war anxiety? If you want to ship a male Samurott and female Primarina, then just do it. Go right ahead, do whatever you want. We're not the dumbass social justice Twitterati - we're not gonna judge you for it. I WILL judge you for constantly shitting up threads like you do, though. You're just using your culture war PTSD as an excuse to make everyone's lives harder. Learn to curb that shit.
