Not shown, but he wears black gloves to look like the E4 since they all do. Someone once said my character looks a little like Larry, so it's now part of my headcanon that he looks up to and wants to be like him, despite Larry's objections.
I also like to imagine he's actively trying to look and dress more mature, since nearly all the cute girls in this game (Nemona, Carmine, Rika, even Lacey who shuts you the FUCK down if you try and pull the moves on her) are taller/older than he is, so he's got a bit of a complex.The reason I had his hair slicked back was for a bit of a biker aesthetic. Then DLC2 comes out and Kieran also pulls back his hair and talks about he he wants to be like you, so that's a neat coincidence.
