Baxcalibur has been banned since Teal Mask dropped. It was already quite strong, but the addition of Scale Shot, which compliments its stat spread, already existing use of SD and Loaded Dice+ Icicle Spear perfectly. Alolan-Ninetales returning, giving us an actual good snow setter, also gave Bax consistent screens to set up and a 50% defense boost to boot. This was determined to be too overbearing by Smogon
Ogerpon's Hearthflame Mask form is the only one banned. It's immediate attacking prowess when backed by a great offensive type and a huge variety of strong sets it can run was determined to be too overbearing by Smogon.
Espathra was banned relatively early in SV's meta. Speed Boost synergized extremely well with Stored Power, as it gets passive boosts on top of anything manual.
Sneasler was recently banned. Gliscor's ban meant the tier lacked a consistent catch all counter to it, and any other potential counters risked being statused immediately by Dire Claw. Smogon philosophy defaults to banning the mon itself before the move.
