I don't get it, if GF regrets making Penny just like Quaquaval why did they decide to make her an androgynous ugly child in the first place?

Because her plotline is a spoiler, hence why she can't be as prominent as the shallow Nemona. Arven has received about as much shilling as Penny and he's far more popular.

I don't know why people want to bring popularity in Paldea when is meaningless, all the characters that appeal to women and fags absolutelly dominate this gen and are popular e.g. Rika, Grusha, Larry, Kieran, some gym leaders and teachers.

Geeta is a good example, while she is a flop to male audiences her actual target: women actually likes the streetshitter and keeps drawing her

Just like women and fags keep gettin pandered in this gen ,I hope Indigo disk shills enought to characters that appeal to us

So? He's still received about as much shilling as Penny since the game's release. Actually, Penny's received MORE, because she was added to Masters as part of Eevee Day, along with Eevee Girl and Elaine, other postergirls for Eevee.
