Seems like it's to Terapagos what Ultra Burst was to Necrozma.
The only thing I know about at the moment along the lines of resisting everything is the thing regular Terapagos does at full health.

There is no "L" in Japanese and the sound has much less distinction than it does with English. It's pretty much a sound between the English "R".

So it's a pun on word Terra and celestial bodies and reads "Sterrar" for Japanese.

??? doesn't count as a type. It's "technically" a type within the game data due to technical limitations, which were later overcome.

Shadow 100% functions as a type within the type chart, in terms of weakness and resistance and whether it gets STAB. Yes it was only in two games, but it is 100% canonical and could be implemented in future games without needing to be changed. ??? could only deal or receive damage if you hack/modify the game to either make a pokemon be ???-type or make a move be ???-type. Curse is a real type in the same way that "???" is the real name of the rival in Gen II since that's what his name shows as.

It's essentially a mechanic rather than an actual type change. The Pokémon just gets Stellar's mechanics on top of their usual kit. You get an extra STAB boost for the first move of each type you use, and Tera Blast is also boosted but -1s both your attacking stats. If you're in a raid though then the extra STAB boost is permanent.

Except Fairy-type has actual weaknesses, this thing doesn't. Like >>55037957 said, it's more a gimmick. Just something to make your Pokémon super-powered for post-DLC.
