Legends Celebi and ILCA Unova remakes. Unova is a shit, soulless, urban region so a legends game would be wasted on that slop. Johto is the most traditional and Japanese region with interesting lore and it suits itself well to a legends game.

How would they have the time to make a new Legends game though when the last one released in Jan 2022 which is only 2 years ago. That'd give them like 2 years and a half of development between Jan 2022 and Nov 2024

The SV DLC is already heavily based on Johto and Unova, with the new paradoxes being legendary trios from those regions, Kitakami being heavily Johto-themed and Blueberry Academy being Unova-themed; however Blueberry is explicitly in Unova and uses the Unova wild pokemon and trainer battle music, Kitakami’s location is never clarified and it uses original music, does the greater emphasis on Unova now and the lack of Johto music mean that Johto will be the next remake?

I think what they're trying to do is tide Unova fans over and appease them until the Gen 10 remake, since they can't do multiple games on their schedule and have to prepare for Gen 10 itself and the anniversary. Johto is next. What form I have no idea. Hopefully Legends + remake. But I can imagine them doing just Legends since the remake would need to have both Kanto and Johto.

Early Unova is pretty much just England.
The main reason we won't be getting a Unova Legends game is that they wouldn't be able to square it with Galar.
