I always find it funny that people say RS suck because they "just have a battle tower" completely ignoring the fact that, at the time, that was the only battle facility that had ever existed. I actually don't hate DP but they were technically the first games to have a direct downgrade in terms post-game battle facilities (although personally I think that other aspects of DPs post-game which weren't present in emerald partially made up for it)
