To be fair, Flapple and Appletun are cool enough to where they don't need anything else, Dipplin is kind of lacking though. As for why they disn't just make Hydrapple Applin's evo, idk.

Yeah, just like the Dripplin was two living in one apple but you never saw the upper half of the tail. Same deal here.
