blaziken was UU garbage till gen 5 with speed boost HA.
hjk on it isn't that big an issue since you recoil off flare blitz anyway.
problem with electric phys moves is the best they have is wild charge which is recoil also, so this new hjk one is pointless in comparison

Blaziken had speed boost or just work with low kick since uber pokemon are generally pretty heavy. Blaziken also didn't have another 3-4 gens of power creep to contend with.
