Why 64? 7 sweets and 9 types of Alcremie comes out at 63. Adding Shiny makes 70.

There's 63 shiny Alcremies too. The models aren't different but the flavours are still registered differently on Home.

Why would you finish the outbreak? You knock out 60 and then keep resetting picnics until you get all the shinies you need. I'm 25 in and the oubreak still hasn't despawned.

total waste of time, the raw number of mons that you can spawn by just dashing back and forth will outpace any other method every time

You can get a pretty good viewing angle on some areas if you have the high ground and cover the entire spawns all at once. Just dashing means you have to look around you and it's a more active process if you're multitasking.
