I didn't find out jack shit from twitter or any discord, I opened this thread because all I knew was that meloetta had been datamined to be included and wanted to know how to catch it
When I got here nobody really knew and one guy posted about the camera here

From what I can tell some people worked out what to do around the same time and it looks like before me elsewhere, but I did this right here in this thread without outside input
