I just want a game where you go around catching and collecting the funny creatures. Don't really care for battling, gyms, etc, just wanna catch my favorites and hang out.
This looks like what I want, but I'm not sure. Kinda torn between emulating this or the snap game
What are your opinions on PLA?

Perfect game to walk around and collect funny creatures as you can catch them without battling. Will have to actually complete the story to unlock everything though, it's nice that you can complete the dex in one single game without any need to trade. PLA has the least amount of trainer battles too but you'll have to endure the dark soul boss battles.

The only thing I know about the game is you can dodgeroll and every pokemon secretly has the innate ability to become tiny
Also phone
I will now collect a lot of bnuuy wives as soon as I have the time to actually play the game

LA legit reinvigorated my dwindling interest in pokemon. It's not the best game ever but running around the world, throwing pokeballs at pokemon, Dodging attacks from hostile pokemon and sneaking up to capture mons before they see you. They nailed the feeling I've wanted out of this franchise for years.

this was always the lore, there just wasn't really any translated media saying so
pokemon physically shrink to inhabit pokeballs

I'll admit I wasn't feeling the game at first because it's not like your average pokemon game. But once you get the hang it, it's a real fun experience.
