GameFreak has deliberately avoided Rock/Ground from Gen 3 onwards because they know that it makes no sense to separate them and casuals get confused over it to this day. Rhyperior is the only one post Gen 2 right?

We got Lycanroc, which had amazing tools, and it ended up not so great.
