A Ninetales is VERY obviously designed to look female, and a male Ninetales is not a "femboy", it does not have the same vibes whatsoever. Ninetales does not have femboy energy. Very few mins in this franchise fit the qualifications for true femboy status. And I shall not be gaslit good sir, into thinking a Lopunny with a cock is a "femboy".
