All the mentions from Lacey about a parent in there are just her father. Cyrano would've also said that both her parents were GLs if he were paired up with Elesa, Skyla or Roxie (imagine)... Saying Elesa is her mother just because she's from Nimbasa is like saying that Clay lives in Drifteil just because his gym is there, while he can easily just commute from Nimbasa too.
But well, what proof do you have that says Elesa is Clay's wife or something like that?
