So which Pokémon's Tera Type did you change to Stellar after finding the 50 shards on top of the Terarium Core?

Stellar type is only good on Terapogos and Serperior. Its only stab move is Tera Blast and when you use it you lose your offensive stats.

I haven't done it but it's going to be one of my Paldean Tauros, not sure which yet (probably the Combat Breed?). I used all 3 breeds during my playthrough and grew very attached to the pokémon.
I haven't played competitive Pokémon since ORAS, are any of the Tauros breeds decent or is it one of those Pokémon that are great in game but useless in pvp?

The fire and water bull are absolute monsters in NU singles.
That is to say he's outclassed by other hard hitting water types. Just soooo many water types do what he does but better to be OUsable.

Where he really shines is on doubles rain teams as a counter against dual screen. Raging bull removes light screen and aurora veil. Snow teams are common and dual screen grimmsnarl is as well so it helps deal with those instead of wasting a fighting move slot on brick break.

Since neither of those are as common in singles his unique signature move loses its value

Nah you can get more relatively consistently - especially if you use the Item Printer. After just a couple days I've ended up with nearly 400.

You should stick to one grass type to deal with 6* mons.
My grass boi to deal with them is Appletun. So no Serperior either. I'll choose Malamar.

I could also go for Eevee probably, but my 7* supercali-something Eevee is cute and should not change. Not even its Tera Type.

Fighting Malamar is good but still struggles with Fairies. If you want a traditional tera, Fire is really good (also prevents burns).
