Walking Wake's pokedex entries says that he is in the book, so heath saw at least one of them. The part about being from a timeline where ho-oh preferred dinosaurs to cats is probably true though. The game didn't really explain things much

The fact hey looked like bastardised bits of the Beasts and Swords of Justice shpould have been a big fucking hint that they were making pardox forms for all three.

They're not making BW3, you simpleton. Best you can hope for is some sort of re-telling of BW's story in some form done by Game Freak (like Legends was to BDSP), while new Whos port BW to unity for christmas again.
