The only truly exclusive legendary is the cover dragon, everything else can be caught in the other version through the union circle so it would be fine

If you want all legendary snacks, just set solo/team quest to 130 and 12.

I'm not too sure, but I heard you must complete both Indigo Disk and also the Team Star quest back at your academy.
Not the main story one, the quest where they both appear in their regular student looks.

As long as they have legal caught data (as in, change the version), yes. You traded locally with a friend who had the other version, and just happen to have the same name, trainer id, and hidden id and then you uploaded it to Home from your version.
