So other than Kleavor and Overqwill, the other hisuian forms evolution requires PLA still? Just to make sure I'm not missing anything with the DLC.

you can get them from raids. i got a basculegion through a raid and I don't even have the DLC.

I copped a Basculegion from a raid, but are there really H-Lilligant raids? I've yet to see one.

Everything else has been made available through some sort of raid or event.

You can get these in trades with others, though. It stinks you can't find them in the DLC, but they're at least accessible that way.

Alright, good. that means I didn't miss any item or something and just do the transfer to evolve.

Kinda weird we still don't have peats block for regular ursaluna. Also, why isn't wyrdeer on the list?

No, Stantler cannot evolve into Wyrdeer at all in SV, even with the DLC. The Pokédex even doubles down, saying it could evolve in the past (implying it can't nowadays)

You can get any of the DLC mons without the DLC, the base game updates with all of the added pokemon, so you can still join raids.

You can catch Kleavor in the terrarium. I found one somewhere in I believe the Savannah or Canyon biome on top of a hill or high plateau. Might be a rare spawn though because i havent seen another since i caught it.

I've seen it twice. It's in the Canyon biome, on a high mountain with black crystals surrounding a sand/dirt pit. There's usually Scizor around it.
