>>55079983>>55079991>>55079992Ah yes the people who clearly had everything figured out day one have arrived.
Fuck off, all of you. The entire debate over the time machine was people trying to figure out how the Paradox Pokemon wound up in Heath's time. Everyone was arguing over this critical piece of information, because without it, people could reasonably say Heath was full of shit, and everybody, even THE most devout timefags were convinced that somehow the time machine was involved in this because it's the only thing that makes sense to transport Pokemon through time, as Tera Energy was regulated to changing types and the fantastical AI, the little we knew about Tera Energy was that it optimized plant life and technology, and could enable Terastallization.
The going theory, before the DLC dropped, was that it was Briar who sends the Pokemon back to Heath's time with the time machine because the time machine was thought to be needed.
Then the DLC comes out and it turns out Terapagos can open temporary time distortions because ???, sent them to the crater during the Heath expedition because ???, and then recalled them after because ???. Tell me what exactly that has to do with Terapagos' established set of powers.
Rayquaza being able to mega evolve with no stone because it eats meteors makes sense, suicine being able to run on water makes sense, Arceus throwing someone through time and making them their own smart phone makes sense.
Terapagos causing time distortions, but only for a little while, makes no sense, it's not a different application of it's main type changing power, it's just a wildly different skill it can do because the plot needs it to, on top of all the other shit enabled because of tera crystals, the end result is a Pokemon that can do anything because...it can just do anything.
Not one person put forth the idea that it was terapagos that sent the Pokemon through time, you know why? Because it makes NO SENSE for it to be able to do that.
