Not great honestly. Most of the time you're sacking the mon that uses it just to bring back another mon with barely any HP. You basically give up a team slot. Watching guys like Wolfey try to win with it in VGC was hilarious.

It's very powerful but only two shitty pokemon have it. It's part of gamefreak's newer design philosophy to give shittier pokemon something signature so even if they suck they have a special niche.
