Technically you're breaking copyright law 20 different ways just showing a video game. From the more simple stuff like characters that are copyright of Nintendo and the music from the game being copyrighted to more obscure things like a jump sound effect being part of a sound library.

Most game companies don't enforce it because they hope people want to play the actual game themselves after seeing the clips.
