You then go to his house and say "Yes" when his grandpa asks if you would like to have a threesome with Ogerpon in Kieran's room while he out. There's then a cutscene where he comes back early and catches you in the act. Pecharunt's odors cause him to go insane and he runs away to train some more.
Talk to the Grandpa after a few days have passed and Kieran challenges you to a battle unlocking this fight.
