- Applies a one-time damage buff equivalent to STAB for every type, one for each type. In Tera Raid Battles, this buff is not limited.
- Makes Tera Blast into the Stellar Type, which makes it Super Effective against Terastallized Pokemon, but also adds the effect of it lowering the users Attack and Special Attack.
- Does NOT change the users defensive type.
It's very much intended to be OP/useful in tera raids but not OP in competitive. It's usecase in normal battles is niche, although there are a couple notable things to consider
- The stat drop of Tera Blast (Stellar) is a standard stat drop, so its effect is reversed by Contrary.
- The best users of Stellar in normal battles are probably Assault Vest users who have four attacking moves.
