GSC is set two years after RBY, this is stated multiple times throughout the games. The same is true for the GBA/DS remakes.
RSE takes place at a similar time to FRLG, as evidenced by Celio and Bill working together with Lanette so that players from Hoenn and Kanto can interact.
DPPt takes place at a similar time to HGSS, as evidenced by the Red Gyarados/Lake of Rage report at the start of DPPt.
BW is implied to have taken place after DPPt by Cynthia.
BW2 takes place two years after BW, again this is referenced many times throughout the game.
ORAS takes place some time before XY, since it shows the formation of Mr Bonding.
SM takes place after XY, since Sina and Dexio reference the XY protagonist and their friends.
LGPE takes place some time before SM, based on the appearance of certain characters like Mina, Red and Blue.
SV has references to the events of SwSh, such as Sonia's book.
PLA takes place before BDSP, as evidenced by the sea legend found in the Canalave library.
And ORAS states that their are multiple universes, e.g. one with mega evolution and one without. So the reality is that there are multiple continuities happening simultaneously.
