You need to finish the Indigo Disk, finish one class until the final exam and then do the Team Star counseling
Only after that you touch the peach on the Kitamaki shop and the event will start

Anon, if it's already finished, then why wasn't it simultaneously released? Either they fucked something up and that's why they delayed the epilogue part or they knew that what they released isn't gonna keep anyone active for long after finishing the main parts.

Anon, people uploaded the complete gameplay footage of the whole event on YouTube. Several anons played the event on emulator. It is done and implemented, they just didn't release the item as a stupid marketing ploy to artificial generate hype.

I can also post a screenshot of Arven, Penny and Nemona as coaches to prove it, you unlock them after beating the epilogue, which is funny because I saw several people here wondering how to unlock the last 3 coaches, turns out they just couldn't
