1. Catch an Abra with teleport or a Pokemon with Fly
2. Step just in the line of sight of the Jr. Trainer to the left of nugget bridge from off screen
3. Teleport away before he can challenge you and go back to Cerulean
4. Go fight the trainer with the Slowpoke on Route 25. You must make him walk to you to initiate. Otherwise he pulls a Sans and doesn't let you take your turn
5. Kick his ass
6. Teleport back to Cerulean
7. Go to Nugget Bridge where you'll find Mew
