I got a Japanese Celebi from playing all the way through Japanese Colosseum, then downloaded this from the Japanese Bonus Disc (it requires you to purify all 48 Shadow Pokemon)

How much can I sell it for if I get it onto a more accessible game?

Small fact that might help in the future. If you change the region of the Japanese Bonus disc to be US it will transfer to a US memory card.

Not much tbqh. Virtual Console Celebi drastically made the Pokemon less interesting. Getting a Shiny Jirachi from the NA bonus disk is much much more impressive, but as other anons have alluded to people are either straight injecting them into their games or just RNG manipulating. Pokemon fans really are their own worst enemies for making these games fun.

You can use an AR code to unlock that menu in the NA version of Colosseum. It's mostly translated too.

I think these lost their value when they released the VC Celebi which can even be shiny. They sell Colosseum Celebi as a service for $35 on ebay by sending in your cart. For modern games they are essentially worthless because everyone can just get them for free with hacking. They are just a novelty now but I'm still planning to get one myself from the disc.
