I saw my son drawing Metapod today. I asked him why he wasn't drawing a more popular Pokemon, like Solgaleo or Slyveon. He told me those Pokemon with their ugly 3D models are what took out all the remaining soul that the Pokemon franchise had left! I told him I liked the 3D models, because they make the Pokemon look more realistic. He said the only thing they make them look more, is more gay! I was shocked! I informed him there is nothing inherently wrong with 3D models and that he should have a more open mindset. It didn't really seem like he disagreed with that statement but I didn't really understand his response, something about Gamefreak destroying its junior partners and a rock that is black. Feeling confused and belittled, I ground-typed him, just so I can clear my head. What would you have done?
