In a believable world of monsters where they hold highly competitive tournaments fought with imbalanced stats and types, everyone would just min max and just play a team of a high meta lineup, carefully bred through generations of eugenics.

It is very unrealistic that someone would enter these competitions with a fucking Dugtrio or Bellsprout. everyone would be sporting 6 dragons or fairies, like a lineup of 6 dragonites.
