When you leave camp, she respawns in the same spot - since it counts as a fresh spawn, her nature, IVs and the odds of her being shiny are reset each time. Rinse and repeat until you get her to spawn shiny. It's not affected by the Shiny Charm, sadly, so you're still going full-odds, but it could be worse - it's not like shiny hunting Suicune in Crystal.
