>>55132267Not sure if it's my actual first, but one of my earliest memories battling was against a kid named Julian, he was the only kid who had cheats unlocked, so 5 of my friends traded their strongest mons to me so I could use them, along with my own strongest mon, to stand against he who held the title of unbeatable champion in a battle (we didn't know what cheats were, we just thought he was really really good and had access to secrets we didn't). I was literally using 6 starters in their 60s and 70s against a guy with 6 level 100 legendaries lol, I'm pretty sure I lost in the end but it was a closer battle than you'd think since I had all the other kids on my side giving me tips and shit. It was seriously so hyped, moments like that make me miss the unique way that only kids can experience pokemon games, I could never have a moment like that these days.
